The 2012 exhibit sales season has begun. The Exhibit Space Application Package was mailed to all 2011 Annual meeting exhibitors on March 19. Please allow 10 business days to receive your packet. If you have not received your packet, please contact exhibitions@aao.org to confirm we have the correct address on file.

Official Hotel Meeting Space
The Academy is holding hotel meeting space from Thursday, Nov. 8 through Tuesday, Nov. 13. To reserve meeting space you must submit an online Hotel Meeting Space Request Form. Meeting space is assigned on a first-come basis. Find more information about requesting hotel meeting space and exhibitor's hospitality suites.
