Last day to register by fax or mail.
Last day to register and have your badge and materials mailed to you before the meeting.
Last day to cancel with $75 processing fee assessed per meeting.
Oct. 17
Last day to preregister online. Badge and materials must be picked up onsite.
Although Academy members attend the 2012 Joint Meeting for free, they still must register.
